M&A Financial Controller

Experteer Overview In this role you drive accurate financial accounting for M&A; activities within a Europe-wide transformation. You partner with the global M&A; team and act as the finance SME for IFRS 3, post-acquisition integrations, and merger accounting. You will support consolidation close cycles and contribute to M&A; process improvements and internal controls within a Centers of Excellence. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape finance solutions across countries, working with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, international setting. Retribuzione / Benefits * Manage IFRS 3 accounting topics * Record M&A-related; entries and local GAAP adjustments * Coordinate with KONE Business Services for accurate transaction recognition * Support monthly/quarterly closing of consolidated financials * Advise on transformation initiatives as a Finance process champion * Oversee internal merger projects from a financial reporting perspective * Contribute to development of M&A; finance processes, solutions,
and internal controls * Support Group and statutory audits related to M&A; topics Responsabilità * Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field * 4–7 years of finance experience, international environment or Big4 preferred * Strong IFRS knowledge with practical application * Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP highly valued) * Analytical, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to translate accounting topics into practical solutions for the business * Interest in financial modelling or automation is a plus * Willingness to travel occasionally * Fluent English; other European languages advantageous Requisiti fondamentali * flexible working arrangements * continuous learning opportunities * international, collaborative environment * exposure to complex M&A; transactions * high-impact transformation program #J-18808-Ljbffr
