Experteer Overview In this role you provide advanced technical support for Honeywell's Industrial Automation customers, executing repairs, inspections, maintenance, and assessments while managing tasks independently. You oversee warranty claims, coordinate sub‑contractors, and build strong customer relationships to sustain service quality. You will plan domestically and internationally, assess workload, and ensure safety compliance and timely service delivery. You also deliver on‑site training and produce reports to support internal and external stakeholders. This position offers impactful work across global service operations within a leading industrial technology company.Benefits
Perform repairs, inspections, maintenance, and assessments on equipment
Independently manage assigned service tasks and planning
Oversee warranty claims and service orders,



ensure deadlines and scheduling
Coordinate sub‑contractors and plan domestic and international service assignments
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver on‑site technical support
Conduct on‑site visits, fault analysis, and corrective actions
Prepare and deliver on‑site training sessions
Create reports for internal and external use
Industrial Mechanic or equivalent technical qualification
Electrical knowledge and basic PLC knowledge or certification
Professional experience as a Service Technician
Good command of English
Professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills
