The KAM builds and maintains strong relationships with Company's most strategic, high-value accounts, serving as their primary partner to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. The KAM understands customer needs, coordinates internal teams to deliver solutions, identifies opportunities to expand engagement, and supports long-term planning. This role is essential for maximizing patient and client value, driving revenue from priority accounts, and consistently achieving defined sales targets through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. Key responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned key accounts. * Drive sales and market adoption of the product through effective customer engagement. * Identify and target high-potential healthcare professionals and institutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, physicians,
