Be the first point of contact for our WeRoaders, managing inbound and outbound sales interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and more).
Hunt and convert leads with a proactive and goal-oriented approach, always looking for new opportunities to engage potential travelers.
Guide our customers through their decision-making process, understanding their needs and matching them with the perfect WeRoad experience.
Work closely with the Sales Team Leader to execute and continuously improve our sales strategy and practices.
Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline, keeping track of all customer interactions and ensuring an organized process.
Act as the voice of WeRoad: represent our brand values, handle objections, and provide support when needed to guarantee a positive customer experience.
Max 1/2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2C, with both inbound and outbound activities.
This is a role built for people at the start of their sales journey, we're not after years of experience, we're after the right person.
A strong commercial drive: you have real hunger for results, targets motivate you, closing energizes you, and every "no" is just the step before the next "yes".
You're hands-on and curious: you like getting under the hood of new tools, figuring out how things work, and finding smart shortcuts without waiting for a manual.
Fluency in Italian (native or equivalent) and good knowledge of English (written and spoken). Working fluency in any other European language spoken in our office (Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
Based in Milan or willing to relocate, with availability to work in the office 3 days a week.
