What Youll Actually Do Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance and technology issues across multiple properties—from WiFi problems to contractor coordination Conduct quality audits on housekeeping and inventory to ensure our properties meet luxury standards consistently Manage guest experience touchpoints: prepare welcome kits, coordinate arrivals, ensure flawless first impressions Handle reservations and guest requests, learning to match bookings to customer needs and budgets Travel between properties throughout the city to troubleshoot, audit, and problem-solve in real-time The Reality of This Role Some days youll fix a WiFi router. Other days youll coordinate with contractors, troubleshoot a guest complaint, and prepare three welcome kits. On weekends, you might need to handle an urgent issue at a property.
