Role Purpose The resource will join the Media team to contribute to the development and optimization of digital advertising activities in the Awareness and Consideration phases. The role involves planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns on paid channels to maximize qualified reach, engagement, and traffic to the bank's properties. Key Responsibilities * Campaign Planning & Management: Support the planning and implementation of digital campaigns for Awareness and Consideration phases; define audiences, formats, and activation touchpoints; coordinate with media agency and external partners; optimize media budgets on main digital/social channels; ensure campaign activation aligns with insights from Marketing Mix Model. * Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign delivery and continuously optimize KPIs (reach, frequency, CTR, engagement, qualified traffic); analyze performance, produce periodic reports, and provide insights for media optimizations. * Digital Innovation: Support test & learn activities on audiences, formats, platforms,



and creatives; contribute to new digital touchpoints and media activation solutions; monitor market trends and platform evolution. * Cross‐Team Collaboration: Work with Brand, insights, analytics, and performance marketing to maintain strategic coherence and effective activation. Required Technical Skills * Media Planning & Digital Advertising: Advanced knowledge of main digital advertising channels; ability to develop digital media planning activities; familiarity with reach, frequency, and multi‐channel planning logic. * Campaign Management Platforms: Experience with Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, DSPs and programmatic platforms; understanding of delivery, optimization, and platform‐specific logic. * Analysis: Excellent data analysis skills; ability to aggregate and integrate data from multiple platforms; produce insights and reports; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI and automation tools in
