Experteer Overview In this role you will design and support electric drive solutions for battery‐or hybrid‐powered mobile machines, guiding customers from initial consultancy to production release. You will be a reference for customers, sales teams, and regional engineers, capturing market trends to inform product and application strategy. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver system‐level solutions and enable successful field deployments. This position offers hands‐on engineering, customer interaction, and the chance to shape how electric drive systems are applied in demanding mobile applications. Retribuzione / Benefits Create and build application solutions for electric drive systems in mobile machines (Material Handling, Construction, Agriculture) Provide remote or on‐site system support including technical specifications, sizing and simulation, component selection, software control,



and system optimization Collaborate with expert engineering teams and Sales/Customer Service; support field validation of new products as the application expert Offer training and knowledge sharing to customers and internal teams Travel to customer sites as needed (~50 days per year) Assist in validation activities for new products as application expert Responsabilità University master degree with preference for Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering Experience as Application Engineer in electric vehicles/mobile machines (forklifts, tow tractors, etc.) or strong background in customer service in these areas Experience in AC or PM drives systems or power electronics (AC inverter, solar inverter, UPS, wind power) 3–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates with the right skills considered Strong knowledge of electric motors, motor control, and power electronics Experience with CAN networks (protocols, tools, transceivers) Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink Good English and Italian language skills Knowledge of powertrains (gearboxes, axles) for EVs Basic electrical and
