Overview In this hybrid role, you install, maintain and repair vacuum systems for customers, balancing on site service with in house workshop work. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and system uptime by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and sharing knowledge with clients. You will work with cross functional teams to ensure service excellence and timely interventions. The position offers hands on technical work with travel and training opportunities, shaping outcomes in a global, quality focused company. Remuneration and Benefits Field Service: install, start up and commission pumps and systems at customer sites Perform on site preventive and corrective maintenance Diagnose issues and execute repairs; provide basic training and technical support to customers Document interventions in field reports and update SAP CRM systems Workshop Repair: disassemble, inspect,



diagnose and repair pumps in the local workshop Conduct functional tests and final checks before product return Record repair activities, parts used and scope; support inventory and parts handling Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation More than 2 years in a similar technical role (field service or workshop) Knowledge of vacuum systems or industrial equipment Strong hands on skills; ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams Intermediate English (technical) and Office familiarity Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad for training Valid driving license (Category B) #J-18808-Ljbffr
