Job Title Technical/Training/Warranty Manager (Automotive) Employment Tempo pieno Start Date As soon as possible Location Milan, Italy (on-site) Salary range 60,000-90,000 EUR gross/annum Key Responsibilities * Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building. * Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction. * Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations.



* Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan. * Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans. * Responsible for the setting up of the training classes. * Responsible for KPI development of warranty team. * Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers. * Undertake related tasks of the department. Experience & Qualifications * Fluent in English and Italian required. * 6-10 years experience in the same position at an OEM or distributor for mainstream vehicle brands in the European market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
