Experteer Overview In this Legal Counsel role, you help Revolut manage disputes and pre‐litigation activities to protect the business while enabling fast growth. You partner with internal stakeholders and external lawyers to handle complaints, pre‐action letters, and early‐stage litigation across EEA branches, shaping processes and improving procedures. You'll work in a fast‐paced, cross‐functional environment within the Legal team, contributing to a culture of clarity and compliance. Retribuzione / Benefits * Run internal fact‐finding investigations * Handle out‐of‐court disputes under local laws and regulations * Represent Revolut before external dispute resolution forums * Engage and coordinate external lawyers to represent Revolut before national courts * Work on early‐stage or less complex litigation (pre‐action letters, responses to claims, case reviews) with external partner firms * Assist the Disputes team and Legal Counsels with ad‐hoc work and advice in EEA branches * Identify,



analyse, and resolve issues and help implement improvements * Analyse case outcomes to identify weak points and remediation * Set up and/or improve internal procedures Responsabilità * Master's degree in law or equivalent in Italy * Legal experience as a private‐practice lawyer dealing with financial services * Fluency in English and Italian with exceptional communication and writing skills * Analytical mindset able to investigate and get to the root of a problem * Know when and how to utilise redress mechanisms (refunds, negotiations) * Solid problem‐solving skills with ability to resolve complex cases * Impeccable attention to detail * Ability to excel independently and in a team * Ability to work in fast‐paced environments and make sound judgments under tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
