Experteer Overview In this role you will drive business development across railway, renewable energy, and industrial segments, managing key accounts and introducing Sécheron's power products to international clients. You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to shape the product roadmap, launches, and market placement while providing technical expertise and after‐sales support. You'll analyze customer needs, prepare firm offers, and lead cross‐functional efforts to grow sustainable business. The position combines strategic prospecting with hands‐on coordination of a Milan site and strong client engagement. Retribuzione / Benefits * Prospect new clients and manage existing accounts for railway, renewable energy and industrial products * Collaborate with sales, product line managers, product development,



marketing and other BUs * Prepare and organize key business meetings to develop opportunities * Provide market feedback to product teams and support after‐sales efforts * Identify market opportunities and contribute to product roadmaps * Develop business cases and launch/market placement plans for products * Provide technical expertise and drive customer‐oriented activities * Analyze customer requests to deliver timely, tailored offers * Grow after‐sales services and coordinate cross‐departmental activities * Act as local site coordinator for the Milan office (~20% of role, handling operations, hosting, compliance) Responsabilità * Technical degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Power Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering * Proven track record introducing power products to new international clients * Minimum 5 years of technical and sales experience in electrical equipment * Knowledge of HV, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy or e‐mobility * Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems * Excellent analytical, project management and problem‐solving skills * Outstanding communication
