More About the Role Join Our Mission to Support the U.S. Navy's PC Refresh Initiative and Enhance Warfighter Capabilities with Advanced IT Solutions Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and skilled PC Refresh Technician to join our team and support the Naval Enterprise Network (NEN) OCONUS portion of the NGEN-R Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) Contract. This exciting opportunity is in Naples, Italy, where you will contribute to the End User Hardware as a Service (EUHWaaS) task order in Europe. What You'll Get to Do * Support the deployment of new hardware as a service devices (desktops, laptops, peripherals) as part of the EUHWaaS task order. This includes system imaging, software installation, configuration, and data migration. * Configure systems per baseline image specifications, ensuring all new devices are set up with the required applications, operating systems, and security setting in accordance with Government policies. * Maintain detailed records of the refresh process in remedy tickets, adhering to all work
