Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing Pre‐Commissioning and Commissioning activities on large EPC projects within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Mechanical Completion within Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
- Proven prior experience in a Commissioning Manager or equivalent managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Commissioning execution strategies, system definition, planning, procedures, resource management, and project handover.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Completion processes, punch list management, QA/QC inspections, and system handover.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Ability to manage Commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, project schedule, and budget.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Italian and English. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Pre‐Commissioning and Commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop Commissioning strategies, execution plans, procedures, and resource requirements.
- Define system boundaries, commissioning sequences, and project priorities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary Commissioning teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Monitor project performance to ensure compliance with HSE, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Support engineering during design reviews and constructability meetings to optimize commissioning activities.
- Prepare commissioning documentation, close‐out reports, and oversee final system handover.
- Coordinate and manage Mechanical Completion activities during the construction phase.
