Your Impact * Manage global initiatives using standardized plans, milestones, risk logs, and reporting. * Lead cross‐functional coordination. * Prepare charters, KPIs, and dashboards. * Facilitate meetings and ensure documentation, tracking, and standardization. * Assist leadership in plant network strategy. * Consolidate performance data. * Prepare executive presentations, decision papers, and analyses. * Organize key reviews, workshops, and executive visits. * Support CI initiatives by coordinating workshops, tracking benefits, and consolidating inputs. * Drive digital manufacturing adoption through training, communication, and progress tracking. * Develop structured reports and updates. * Ensure alignment across global stakeholders. * Foster collaboration through clear communication, follow‐ups, and transparency. * Independently manage analytical workstreams, contribute to global teams,



and support operational decision‐making with data‐driven insights. Your Experience and Qualifications * Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Economics, or similar fields. * Experience or strong interest in Manufacturing, ideally in complex industrial/agricultural machinery environments. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile is a plus). * Advanced proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and O365 collaboration tools. * Excellent level of English. * Availability for global travel.
