Experteer Overview In this role you will drive patient access to CSL therapies in Italy by shaping national pricing, reimbursement, and health economics strategies. You will work with cross‐functional teams and external payers to develop value‐based access solutions and evidence generation. You will coordinate with regional market access leads to align goals and support formulary and guideline introductions. This is an impactful position at the intersection of policy, data, and stakeholder partnerships, offering opportunities to influence market access success at scale. value messages for local market * Develop strong value propositions for payers and support evidence generation for dossiers * Engage with national/regional payers and patient advocacy groups * Collaborate with Regional Market Access Leads to set data sources, benchmarks, and metrics * Drive national and regional access‐and‐value‐related projects * Prepare materials for interactions with stakeholders and KOLs at central and regional levels * Support regional teams in introducing CSL products into formularies and PDTA processes * Develop and automate reporting tools to monitor market access activities Responsabilità * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology, Economics, or related field * Advanced degree (Master's) is a plus * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Market Access including Pricing & Reimbursement * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) * Strong data retrieval, manipulation, analysis, and insight generation capabilities * Solid understanding of national, regional, and local healthcare systems and reimbursement policies * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver wit
