You will validate new raw materials across Europe and support industrialization with regional recipe and material specification management. customize and localize recipes on lab scale * Lead Renovation and Innovation projects with optimization opportunities * Manage deployment of new products aligned with Zone priorities * Provide technical expertise and regional business insight to cross-functional teams * Ensure deployment of standards across factories in collaboration with local teams * Deliver training and build capabilities within manufacturing support teams and factory experts Responsabilità * 3-5 years of experience in R&D; or product development in the Food & Beverage industry * Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus * Strong project management, stakeholder management, and coaching skills * Proven ability to work cross-functionally on multi-stakeholder projects * Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks * Good understanding of industrial processes and related challenges * Strong quality mindset and passion for consumer satisfaction * Results-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects * Willingness to travel across Italy an
