Experteer Overview In this role you lead the department at a Montenapoleone boutique, driving luxury retail excellence. You work closely with the Store Manager to coach and develop the team while maximizing sales and upholding Dior-brand standards. You will manage customer relationships and supervise product performance, ensuring inventory and actions align with business objectives. Responsibilities * Co-manage staff with the Store Manager; coach and develop talent; evaluate sales team performance * Lead the department through briefings, goal setting, product training,
