Experteer Overview In this role you own series production engineering for sealing solutions, driving device improvements and robust technical solutions across TE's San Salvo site and collaborating across EMEA and the US. You will verify modifications, develop new product variants, and manage product lifecycles with production and development teams. The position offers exposure to cross‐functional projects (VAVE/OMP) and a chance to influence product strategy in a global manufacturing context. You will work in a fast‐paced environment focused on reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits * Engineering responsibility for series production of multiple product groups, focusing on sealing solutions (single-wire-seals, radial seals) * Verify and implement technical modifications with feasible, well-documented results * Advance existing products through design improvements, material changes, and dimension tweaksIndependently develop new product variants in single-wire seals * Coordinate implementation, support,



and lifecycle management of technical products * Collaborate with local production and tooling teams and with product development across EMEA and Collegno to create robust solutions * Identify, initiate, and drive VAVE and OMP projects across product lines Responsabilità * Engineering studies in mechanical, precision, vehicle, or plastics engineering or equivalent technical vocational training with further technician qualification * At least 5 years of professional experience in product engineering, process development or manufacturing * Independent and collaborative working style; able to perform under pressure * Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Italian * Good CAD skills, preferably Pro/Engineer * Proven track record in delivering results; practical project management experience * Knowledge of analysis methods (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous Requisiti fondamentali * Competitive salary package * Performance-based bo
