you will drive business development in a strategic and rapidly expanding market. You will:* Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners in the Auto ID and DC/Pos space.* Generate leads through a mix of marketing activities, outbound campaigns, digital prospecting tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform.* Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to negotiation and successful onboarding.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to design and execute growth strategies.* Track performance, manage your pipeline, and contribute to team KPIs while taking full ownership of your targets.* Share insights, new ideas, and market feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.What We're Looking For* Previous experience in B2B sales is considered a strong plus, ideally in IT distribution, vendor, or system integrator environments – but it is not
