Descrizione del lavoro
Ricerchiamo un/a giovane neolaureato/a o laureando/a (triennale o magistrale) in ambito economico, da inserire nel dipartimento Purchasing - all’interno della Direzione Finance & Accounting - che in supporto al tutor e al team sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:
- Supporto nella gestione dei tender per l’acquisto di beni e servizi aziendali (Scouting fornitori, predisposizione di capitolato di gara, analisi delle offerte ricevute, due diligence fornitori, contatto e negoziazione delle offerte con i fornitori e riunioni di allineamento con clienti interni);
- Gestione dei sistemi a supporto dell’Ufficio Purchasing in termini di aggiornamento del database fornitori e dei contratti, acquisendo competenze pratiche su strumenti e sistemi aziendali.
- Attività di reporting inerenti all’ufficio acquisti (one pager sui tender svolti, numero di fornitori c
