Integrated System Internship

The internship will take place in the Integrated System function within the Global Quality, Sustainability & Compliance area.

The candidate will collaborate with the Integrated System Supervisor in the execution of activities related to the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Management System.

In particular, after having acquired the necessary knowledge in terms of products, processes and reference standards, he/she will be involved in particular in the following activities:
- Participation in the definition and, where necessary, updating of internal procedures and standards, collaborating with the company areas involved.
- Training on the application of the procedures and management tools referred to therein
- Participation in internal audits to verify compliance with legislative obligations and internal procedures
- Verification of implementation of corrective actions following nonconformities due to internal audits
- QHSE performance assessments against reference targets through monitoring of performance indicators

Skills to be developed:




- Knowledge of the reference context, of the products and processes and of the reference standards system
- Knowledge of QHSE performance evaluation and development methodologies
- Ability to work and relate to work groups
- Ability to communicate and present complex data
- Using problem solving techniques

Tools and methodologies to be learned:
- Requirements of quality (ISO9001), environment (ISO14001) and safety (ISO45001) management system standards
- Integrated Management System
- 8-D problem solving techniques
- Risk management techniques

Requirements:
- Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Postgraduate courses/specializations in QHSE are a plus
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Good knowledge of the English language

Location : Reggiolo (RE)

Internship allowance: € 600 per month + canteen meal
