Job Description

AECOM Italy is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our Architecture & Design team in Milan.



You will work on a wide range of projects - public buildings, transportation facilities, defense infrastructure, urban regeneration, and complex technical environments - collaborating with multidisciplinary specialists across engineering, sustainability, and digital delivery.

You will contribute across all design phases, from concept to detailed design and construction support. The role involves producing high-quality drawings, BIM models, specifications, and coordinated technical documentation, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and full compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.

This position offers the opportunity to grow within an international network of more than 2,500 architects in a dynamic environment that values innovation, sustainability, and digital design.
