We are now seeking a Creative Coordinator to support the Local Originals team in Italy in supporting the coordination and turnaround from developed ideas to delivery of scripted series and films, co‑productions across Italy. Your key responsibility will be to track and coordinate each show from setup through production and wrap deliverables and support the Creative team.
This role involves serving as the operational backbone of our creative development process, supporting pitch intake, helping with talent and production companies engagement under the direction of the team, and ensuring seamless execution across our development pipeline.
You are organized, detail‑oriented, and thrive in fast‑paced creative environments. You understand the rhythm of development, can juggle multiple work streams simultaneously, and know how to keep projects moving forward.
