SATO Italy is looking for a talented Junior Customer Service Representative who thrives in a well-structured sales cycle environment. Your primary objective is to work directly with SATO’s customers to drive and support the customer service in the Italian market. You are here to help lift our service to the next level. Primary point of contact for all inbound telephone calls and emails;
Build, maintain and manage relationships with all Business Partners and end-users.

Office Management & Administration
Coordinate and manage office administration activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage office-related documentation, including lease agreements, contracts,



and supplier records.
Support company car lease administration, including documentation, renewals, maintenance scheduling, and liaison with leasing providers.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchases with approved vendors.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities by arranging required equipment and administrative documentation.
Liaise with external service providers, landlords, and facility management companies as required.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of office records and administrative documentation.
Assist with invoicing, accounting administration, and other operational support activities when needed.

Economics, Marketing, Communications, Foreign Languages, Social Sciences, Humanities.
