At Off-White, we are looking for a Sales Operations, Planning & Internal Logistics Manager responsible for the end-to-end management of order processes, from B2B order capture through to ERP integration, while supporting demand planning within the Wholesale channel and overseeing internal logistics flows.

As part of the Operations team, the role ensures data integrity, seamless process execution, and operational continuity across the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, acting as a key link between commercial and operational functions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and coordinate Sales Operations across B2B platforms (NuOrder, Elastic) and ERP systems, ensuring accurate order flow execution, data consistency, and resolution of operational issues.
- Oversee pricing structures, discounting, and commercial updates, monitoring order variations (cancellations, drops, product switches) and ensuring consistency across all processes.
- Develop reporting and performance analysis to support internal stakeholders, building dedicated analytical tools (e.g. landed cost analysis, geopricing)



to support decision-making.
- Manage the end-to-end order management process, from order intake to stock allocation and distribution, including order amendments, special requests, and product seeding activities.
- Oversee internal logistics and product movement (sample and bulk), including international shipments, customs procedures, and related documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and timely execution.
- Support Marketing & PR in the coordination, handling, and shipment of samples for events, showrooms, and fashion shows.

WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics, ideally within structured fashion and/or luxury environments.
- Familiarity with B2B Wholesale platforms and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
