Nokia’s Hardware Development Organization is seeking a Hardware Project Manager to lead the execution and evolution of next‑generation hardware products, leveraging Nokia’s in‑house Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technologies.

Own and execute integrated project plans across requirements, design, verification, and validation phases
Partner closely with Technical Leaders and cross‑functional leads to drive execution scalability and ensure clear ownership and accountability for deliverables

Track and report weekly progress against development milestones, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
