We are seeking a Mechanical Standard Manager with strong technical and managerial experience in Tissue Converting machinery to lead and continuously improve the mechanical standardization of standard machine platforms.
This role ensures technical continuity, supports the lifecycle management of standard mechanical solutions, coordinates the mechanical technical office, and acts as a key reference for complex technical issues, product evolution, engineering data management, and cross-functional alignment.
The position requires solid mechanical expertise, strong knowledge of industrial machinery, practical problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with engineering, production, product management, purchasing, service, and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Standard Ownership
- Act as the technical owner of the mechanical standards for Tissue Converting machinery.




- Maintain and evolve standard machine platforms, mechanical architectures, modules, assemblies, and technical rules.
- Support the definition and consolidation of standard configurations, options, product structures, and machine layouts.
- Ensure standard governance through technical documentation, engineering rules, change control, and communication of updates.
- Promote product simplification, modularity, standardization, cost reduction, and design-to-manufacturing principles.

Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement
- Manage the mechanical lifecycle of standard Tissue Converting machines and related modules.
- Support phase-in and phase-out activities for components, assemblies, technical solutions, and standard machine configurations.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on field experience, production feedback, service feedback, and engineering needs.
