Experteer OverviewIn this role you will deliver high-quality technical solutions and bid proposals on time, aligning with Honeywell standards. You will collaborate with sales, operations and procurement to shape proposals that meet customer needs, while coordinating internal processes and handover packages. You will lead estimation efforts for complex proposals and drive accurate cost and content planning. using internal toolsLead a team of estimators for complex proposals if neededExpedite and coordinate responses to complete proposalsPrepare full proposal and costing of all hardware, software, services and contingenciesCoordinate internal processes (Kick‐off, Proposal Review, Risk & Opportunity, Global Approvals)Prepare booking package / handover to operations when wonAttend face‐to‐face customer meetingsResponsabilitàBachelor's degree in engineering>5 years' experience in estimating, selling or projectsMicrosoft Office tools and other business level applicationsFluent in written and spoken Italian & EnglishKnowledge of Honeywell portfolio (plus)Knowledge of competitor solutions and offers (plus)Experience with products and solutions in the industrial automation market
