The HR Generalist will support the administrative and operational management of HR processes across the Group's companies based in the Piedmont region. Working in a fast‐paced, dynamic, and international environment, this role will collaborate closely with local leadership and the US-based HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and initiatives while contributing to the continuous development of the HR function. What you will do: Manage HR administration activities in collaboration with payroll providers and labor consultants, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Provide day‐to‐day support to employees on HR operational and administrative matters, acting as a reliable point of contact. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and preparing regular reports, metrics, and analytics.



Coordinate occupational health surveillance and mandatory health & safety training in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 working closely with department managers, the Health & Safety Officer (RSPP), and occupational health professionals. Partner with the US-based HR team on global HR processes, initiatives, and projects. Support the implementation and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other digital HR tools. Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in performance management, employee development, learning, and training initiatives. Support employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
