The resources will be responsible for managing and supporting workplace environments, ensuring operational continuity and providing technical assistance to end users. Main responsibilities: Management and maintenance of workstations (PCs, laptops, peripherals) Installation, configuration and updating of operating systems and corporate software User support both on-site and remotely Hardware and software troubleshooting Management of requests through ITSM ticketing systems. Required technical skills:
