We are currently looking for a Technical Sales & Business Development Manager to join us in Italy, Wavin Italia. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

Main purpose




The role as a Senior Advisor is to combine engineering know-how with business sense to help our customers and instruct the Project Support office or UCR Design & Engineering.

Major focus on shaping the client vision in the market, create opportunities to sell the integrated UCR solutions, and support customers through the design phase of their projects. Build and share market intelligence understanding of customers, markets, competitors, products, and applications taking a strategic role in the development of our solution portfolio & products.

Main responsibilities
- Position Wavin as a relevant partner for decision makers in the stormwater management environment
- Act as a trusted advisor on climate resilience and stormwater management solutions
- Drive the execution of the UCR go‑to‑market strategy in the country
- Engage on project level by understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and coordinating internal expert support when required
