Role overview:

As a member of the Italy Commercial Team, you will play a key role in driving and enhancing the PlayStation consumer experience across our strategic retail partners.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager for Italy, you will work closely with the Commercial Management, Commercial Planning,



and Business Analytics teams to implement and execute the commercial strategy across both physical and digital retail channels, supporting sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

This is a broad and dynamic role encompassing commercial strategy, forecasting, operational planning, marketing activation, and relationship management. You will have the opportunity to contribute across multiple business areas while working as part of a high-performing and collaborative team in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Retailer Management & Customer Relationship Development
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with a portfolio clients
- Develop and implement joint business plans in collaboration with key retail accounts
- Drive customer satisfaction, strengthen partner loyalty, and support long-term business growth
- Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to annual business planning processes
