Lead with excellence and a collaborative spirit as a Delivery Lead at Avanade, where every project is a step towards success and client satisfaction.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead to lead projects in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs. Familiarity with core banking migrations, compliance initiatives, CRM platforms and payment solutions would be highly appreciated.
What you will do
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships.
Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the client.
Project Delivery
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects,



ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments.
Team Leadership
Strong management skills, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and high‑performance culture within the team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
