What The Job Looks Like Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional squad, aligning business and IT stakeholders Define and drive a clear product vision, ensuring measurable business value and impact for Quality (QA & QC) Own end-to-end accountability for a digital, data-driven Quality product across its full lifecycle Translate business, regulatory (Gx P), and user needs into scalable and compliant product solutions Act as digital owner for core Quality processes and systems (e.g. QMS, deviations, CAPA, audits, change control / LIMS, Empower, Binocs and other)
Set priorities and make transparent, value-based decisions across build, run, and continuous improvement Drive harmonization and standardization of global Quality solutions Enable data-driven decision making through strong data foundations, analytics, and insights Identify and scale automation and AI use cases to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency Ensure full compliance, validation, audit readiness, and data integrity throughout the product lifecycle What You'll Bring To The Table 10+ years of experience in digital, data, or technology-driven product roles Working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including deviations, CAPA, audits, and change control Experience with Gx P regulations and computerized system validation (CSV/CSA) Familiarity with industry tools (e.g. Master Control, Veeva, Track Wise or similar) Proven experien
