CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - LERICI
You will oversee and monitor all construction activities performed by EPC Contractor(s), ensuring compliance with project objectives, contractual requirements, quality standards, HSE regulations, and schedule commitments.
- You will act as the client's representative on construction matters, safeguarding project interests and supporting the successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects.
- You will coordinate construction interfaces across engineering, procurement, commissioning, operations, subcontractors, and third parties.
Review and monitor EPC Contractors' construction execution plans, method statements, and work packages.
- Ensure construction activities are aligned with approved schedules, project milestones,
and contractual requirements.
- Support constructability reviews during engineering and design phases.
- Identify construction risks and contribute to mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor HSE performance, participate in safety audits and site inspections, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Oversee implementation of Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and review NCRs and corrective actions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities including civil, structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Manage interfaces between contractors, vendors, client teams, and third parties.
- Monitor construction progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective or recovery actions.
