We are working alongside a privately backed renewable energy platform to appoint a Senior Asset Manager responsible for the long‑term performance and value optimisation of a utility‑scale solar PV portfolio in Italy.
Reporting into senior leadership, the Senior Asset Manager holds full accountability for the technical, commercial, and financial performance of solar PV assets throughout their operational lifecycle. Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets in line with business plans.
Oversee forecasting, performance analysis, and variance management.
Lead management of O&M;, insurance, and specialist technical service contracts.
Monitor compliance with regulatory, contractual, and permitting obligations.
Solid capability in technical and financial performance analysis.
Fluent English; Italian advantageous.
