What you ́ll do
Steer Trade Marketing& Channel strategy for Modern Channels
Defining promo & in store plan, set KPIs and track results , deriving key learnings
Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning and execution
Define and implement succesful launch plan initiatives for Innovation to reach targets
Close collaboration with various teams to reach the objectives (Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence)
What makes you a good fit
Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing
At least 4 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing/Sales preferably in the FMCG industryStrong data analysis skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in English and Italian
