A day in the lifeHR Business Partners get involved in a wide range of different projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal:



to make Amazon a great place to work. You'll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions.
From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You'll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you'll be helping our colleagues grow.
