Junior Business Controller

We are looking for a Junior Business Controller based in MILAN.
Main activities and responsibilities:
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Contribute to monthly closing activities, including margins analysis and variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
Support the monitoring of business performance across channels and regions, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support the development and maintenance of detailed cost-saving trackers and performance files.
Support the preparation of reports related to sales campaigns and delivery performance.
Manage and monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring proper allocation of product and service flows.




Support pricing analysis activities, including monitoring price positioning, discount dynamics, and impact on margins.
Support ad hoc analyses and business requests, with a proactive and problem‐solving approach.
Requirements:
Master's degree in economics
1/2 years of working experience in similar role within international and structured organizations
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik reporting system is a plus
Strong analytical skills
English fluent
