Experteer Overview In this role you will define and develop analog/mixed-signal IP for NXP's MCU-focused SOCs, leading innovative architectures and end-to-end IP ownership. You will work within a cross-disciplinary team in Catania to deliver high-performance, quality IP and support productization. You will drive specification, simulation, verification, and silicon realization while coordinating with SOC product leads. This opportunity enables you to shape next-generation edge MCU platforms and contribute to a sustainability-forward, inclusive engineering culture. Retribuzione / Benefits Define IP specifications based on product requirements Architect innovative analog/mixed-signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL, oscillators, references, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, filters) Lead end-to-end IP implementation including simulation, layout,



and validation Manage IP integration and quality within an SOC product Document designs, lead design reviews, and support IP productionization (test, life testing) Mentor junior engineers and potentially lead small design teams Responsabilità Bachelor in Electronic/Electrical Engineering 10+ years of product development experience Experience with ADC, DAC, PLL, oscillators, references, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, filters Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C or equivalent) Strong communication and teamwork skills Mentoring and development of junior engineers #J-18808-Ljbffr
