Customer Success Consultant – North Italy

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant for North Italy to help our customers derive maximum value from our products and services by acting as a liaison between the customer and our organization. Your aim will be to foster customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by helping customers achieve their goals.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional products or services to existing customers.
Assist new customers with the onboarding process, helping them get set up and familiarised with the product or service.
Provide training and educational resources to customers to help them optimise their use of the product or service.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2–5 years experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management.
~ Background in vehicle telematics or comparable SaaS solutions, with basic technical knowledge of software and hardware systems.
~ Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and build strong customer relationships.
~ Native Italian speaker, good level of English, additional languages a plus.
