We are currently seeking a Rack Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy
The Rack Product Manager is responsible for the lifecycle management of server rack solutions, enclosures, and physical infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, supply chain, and data center operations. Analyze specific regional demand in EMEA, benchmark it with current rack offering, and develop proposals for rack optimizations or new developments.
Create and maintain consistent product descriptions across all Vertiv PLM and sales tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver complete assets per product family in collaboration with the global team.




Support marketing launch of each new product family with market analysis and thought‐leadership contributions.
Develop and apply product management skills, assisting with market research, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and stakeholder communication for various software and hardware initiatives.
Contribute to continuous engineering innovation through out‐of‐the‐box thinking and propose experimental plans for new technologies or processes.
Develop, test, and maintain rack configuration tools in collaboration with the Engineering team to improve sales enablement.
Develop and maintain, in collaboration with Vertiv Academy, a complete set of value propositions and training materials for application engineers, sales, and partners.
Elaborate and maintain, in collaboration with EMEA Sales Operations, a demand plan for the next 12 months based on growth ambition.
