Develop, communicate and implement the Project HSE Management Plan. Monitor site standards, recognize good performance and address poor performance. Communicate with local authorities,
communities and Nestlé management.Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and Nestlé HSE standards; integrate HSE into project planning, design, and contractor management.Develop and maintain the site HSE Management Plan, including risk management procedures, worker orientation, training, risk assessment, method statements, lifting plans, permit to work, and emergency planning.Maintain a safe and healthy site: secure access, safe egress, proper signage, risk mitigation, hygiene conditions, and emergency medical response.Implement site risk management procedures and specific safe working practices for high‐frequency and high‐hazard tasks.Train and coach managers and team leaders on risk management, legislation and duties; provide personal coaching and support to the Site Management Team.Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver SHE support such as exposure monitoring, hea
