preferably in agencies or multinational environmentsStrong experience in Media Planning Digital (Performance); offline advantageousExcellent written and spoken EnglishProven people management experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProject management experience for complex campaignsStrategic thinking within Dentsu or similar frameworksNegotiation and influence skillsMarket insight for strategy refinementBudget management and collaboration with activation teamsBuying strategy understanding and media optimizationCross-media coordination for integrated campaignsAudit management experience
