Fall asleep under frescoes in high-ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa.About the roleWe currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our iconic Hotels: Four Seasons Milano , San Domenico Palace, Taormina and Danieli, Venice.What you will doOur Senior Sales Manager will promote and sell to transient segments in the Europe, Russia and CIS markets, generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, fam trips and tradeshows.



This position reports to our Director of Sales and Director of Travel industry Sales.RESPONSIBILITIESLiaise and strengthen relationship with main accounts in order to drive business and increase fare market shareUtilize Various Prospecting Resources to solicit and secure new business on behalf of hotel.Use company wide programs, sales developments, prospecting projects, Worldwide Sales offices customer events and reporting for business development.Follow up on all business inquiries and qualify business to generate transient room nights and associated revenue to impact RevPar performance.Create and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls in the assigned territories, frequent visits to the three properties, prospecting calls, site inspections and fam trips.Perform customer site inspectionsConduct sales calls t
