On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Key Account Manager Nord of Italy who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.The KAM understands customer needs, coordinates internal teams to deliver solutions, identifies opportunities to expand engagement, and supports long-term planning. Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned key accounts.Conduct both in-person and virtual engagements to enhance product understanding.Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market access dynamics.Compliance & Operational Excellence:Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and account management efforts.Participate in company-sponsored meetings, conferences, and training programs.Requirements Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in life sciences,
