OverviewExperteer OverviewIn this role you will protect and drive strategic ICT initiatives by managing the IT portfolio and demand pipeline. You act as the escalation point for issues impacting delivery and monitor budget health, ensuring alignment between ICT and business teams. monitor and manage activities within the assigned roadmapCollaborate with IT development factory and related business unitsManage program plans across systems/factories and involve stakeholdersPrepare and present roadmap governance documents for steering committeesServe as first escalation point for delivery issuesEnsure trust and commitment between ICT and business project teamsAnalyze and control budget erosion over the yearQualificationsProven experience managing medium to high complexity ICT projectsExperience in digital projects with high architectural complexity (web portal, app, CRM, marketing automation, AI, BI, ML) for B2C and B2BA degree in scientific subjects like engineering, ICT or in management4–5 years in consultancy or international companies with ICT exposureStrong knowledge of project management xrdztoy best practices and SDLCProficiency with Office suite and collaboration/project management toolsAbility to understand stakeholder needs and facilitate negotiationsExcellent communication, problem solving, and teamworkFluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)BenefitsPermanent contract with Hybrid WorkMeal AllowanceSupplemental Health InsuranceCompany share saving schemeDiversity & Inclusion initiativesWell-Bein
