Based on our new office opening, the role focuses on shaping the agent base through effective recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment: Implement agent recruiting strategies and campaigns in line with business needs, in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and recruit top real estate agents using proactive digital sourcing, social media, direct outreach, and referrals.Recruiting Funnel Management: Analyze the recruiting funnel and continuously optimize for conversion, quality, and time-to-hire.Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality, professional, and motivating experience throughout the recruitment journey aligned with our brand and service culture.Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to boost employer visibility and position the brand as an attractive destination for agents.Market & Data Analysis: Analyze real estate market trends, recruitment performance metrics,
and agent data to inform hiring strategies.Networking & Relationship Building: Establish strong connections in the real estate industry to create a steady pipeline of top talent.Stakeholder Management: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and impact across departments and business priorities.Your profile5-8 years of experience in recruiting, headhunting, talent acquisition, or related fields, ideally within real estate, sales-driven environments, or fast-scaling organizationsDemonstrated success in managing recruiting processes or leading cross-functional projects with the ability to build scalable systems and deliver measurable outcomesExperience working with internal stakeholders and managing diverse expectations across departmentsHigh degree of ownership and a proactive, results- and KPI-driven mindsetSkilled in modern sourcing techniques (social media,
