Position
The candidate will be part of the International Projects team in the Products & Services Department. This team focuses on managing Fineco's existing product offerings as well as developing new solutions for our international customer base. As a Junior Project Manager you will support strategic initiatives across the Products & Services Department, collaborate with multiple business functions and work closely with dedicated project teams.



This role gives you exposure to our diverse product suite and provides insight into the fintech/brokerage industry across different geographies.
What You'll Do
Support end‐to‐end projects related to the development, enhancement, and localisation of products and services for the EU market.
Contribute to research and analysis activities, providing insights on customer needs, market trends and regulatory requirements—especially within the German market.
Assist in product discovery activities, working with UX/UI, IT and business teams to translate feedback and data into concrete improvement opportunities.
Help track project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are completed on time and documented properly.
Analyze user journeys and product performance, helping identify issues and opportunities for optimisation.
Prepare clear documentation, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and periodic updates.
