Technical Implementation specialist We are looking for a Technical Implementation specialist to join our Digital Experience team and support the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS solutions for wealth management and financial institutions.
In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and operational support of our products across customer environments, working with product team through on different phases — from solution analysis, in collaboration with business analysts, through deployment, go‑live and post-production support — ensuring high-quality delivery.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for who enjoys technical execution, troubleshooting and collaboration in an international SaaS environment. You will work across Delivery, DevOps and Support activities.
Main Responsibilities In Coordination with the Delivery Manager and supported by the product development team, the candidate will contribute to the following activities:
- Follow the implementation lifecycle of one or more projects, including project analysis, solution configuration, deployment on customer environment
